Our Knockdown Rebuild Process
01 INTRODUCTION
Start your dream home journey with a conversation with your Glenvill Design Manager. From budget to block, facade and interiors, we guide you through creating your ideal home.
02 THE FINE PRINT
After finalising plans, we handle details like contracts and fixed prices. Upon singing the HIA contract, we secure permits, order materials, and assign a dedicated site manager.
03 DEMOLITION & CONSTRUCTION
Bid farewell to your old home as we turn your dream into reality. Once construction begins, it won't be long until you're living in your Glenvill home.
04 SETTLEMENT
Once construction is complete, it's time for you to move in. Your site manager will complete an onsite inspection to confirm everything meets your expectations. After 90 days, we will contact you to complete a post completion inspection to ensure you love your new home.
